The Neural Network Goes for a Warm‑Up
The neural network needs a warm-up too. Unlike humans, it does not have to look for its sneakers.
This is a small experiment: can an algorithm grasp the state that athletes spend years chasing – when movement turns into a quiet obsession and everything else falls away. Flow is when you seem to be there and at the same time almost gone. Nothing helps. Nothing gets in the way. You just do.

PLAY
For this, dry technical tools come into play: prompts, models, settings, image and video generation. They try to show breathing, focus, and the way reality narrows down to a single motion. Sometimes it looks clumsy, sometimes eerie, sometimes strangely accurate.

It is not a scientific study, more an everyday story: taking a neural network and seeing whether it can reach the place that athletes reach through sweat and swearing. If it works, the screen will show something faintly resembling flow. If not, it will be another story about a human trying to explain to a machine what it means to be alive.
